Hi guys wanted to send a little note for yourselves and for customers thinking of purchasing a slide, I bought a wavy slide off you a few months back and I’m really happy and impressed because even after the wonderfully excruciatingly hot weather we’ve just had the slide has not lost it’s shape at all and never got hot so any customers with any worries about little guys don’t have, thank you tp toys my grandson is happy and safe.

I have purchased mud kitchen. It should be a gift for my daughter birthday which is today we started assembly yesterday and just realised pieces of wooden parts has been broken already. Is not safe for my child to play with it and quality is extremely poor for such us high price. Customes services only open during the week until 5.30 pm still waiting for reply regarding returns...

Lovely wendy house, good price, had initial problem where few plastic screws were missing from box ( not TP toys fault obvious manufacturers error) TP toys responded very promptly by supplying a new one, very pleased with their service

My grandson loves his climbing frame. I love that we can add extras to the frame. Very sturdy when assembled, it did take a couple of hours to put together

So pleased with the swing and so is my grandson! Excellent quality and easy to build. Would strongly recommend this company

I don’t write reviews often but this is warranted.

I bought a kiddies trike for our Grandson’s first birthday. There was a small fault on the trike, which stopped full assembly and would possibly have rendered the trike unsafe.

I contacted Customer Services at TPToys and was dealt with professionally and courteously and had a replacement trike with no quibble within the week. The assembled trike is terrific, our Grandson loves it and I felt valued as a customer.

Great product backed by top class customer service. I’ll be back looking for more. Well done TP Tots!

Absolute top marks for customer service a mention for Harriette. Ordered playhouse damaged panel on production not delivery phoned and was dealt with no questions straightaway. New house is getting sent out which delivery is super fast in this part of Scotland allowing me to give old one to an nursery.
Will definitely use this company again and will be recommending it to my friends the prices are also cheaper than Amazon check out the scuttlebugs great little bikes.

I purchased a replacement den for my granddaughters explorer climbing frame direct fromTP online store.
I was very disappointed with the quality of material and manufacture given the price of £51.99.
I have purchased TP toys over many years and had previously been very happy with the quality and price paid. I had expected that the replacement den would also be of good quality.
I recently received a request from TP to review the den which I have now done twice and on both occasions had given a two star rating. Oddly enough neither of my reviews have appeared on their website. On both occasions when asked to verify my review by email, which I did, the same message came back Oops something went wrong.
Customers use these reviews to make decisions regarding the suitability of products and services and currently the star rating for this product on the TP website is excellent, no adverse reviews that I can find.
Do TP really exclude reviews that give a poor rating or am I missing something. If you are thinking of purchasing direct from TP check reviews from other websites before making a decision.
I was disappointed with the item I bought and horrified to think that the customer reviews had possibly been manipulated. I sincerely hope that I am mistaken.
I have now downgraded my review to one star due to the non appearance of my original reviews.

Happy with purchase. My daughter loves it and it looks good in the garden.

Rather disappointed by the quality especially of the hose fitting which is poorly made and by a small tear near the reservoir end . However this is a great garden toy and hugely entertaining for grandchildren on a hot summers day
